Development Goal

• The goal of MTView is to provide users a simple and convenient multi-touch data processing software.

Summary

MTView is a multi-touch data processing software.

It acquires data from a multi-touch surface, process the data and sends out resulting xy touch information in TUIO protocol.

MTView gets data from serial port.

Any multi-touch surface can work with MTView if its serial data packet has following format:

• One byte is assigned to each touch pixel.

• Touch data is arranged in column-wise.
